Sullivan Skylite wheels use special hard foam core tires covered in a durable rubber skin, they are extremely light yet strong enough to withstand loads of punishment. Unlike hollow tires the foam provides strength and bounce absorption and also they cannot lose their pressure or go flat.  These wheels also have tough nylon hubs and are overdesigned so that they can be drilled out to the next axle size, these wheels are perfect for models with retracts.
